Payments

Credit Card payments with automatic delivery of product by e-mail attachment

The purchaser receives any information purchased by way of credit card payment instantly by e-mail attachment at point of payment. The purchaser expressly warrants that such information purchased by credit card is received and delivered at the moment of purchase and the tax invoice is delivered and received at the point of payment.

Any payment made by credit card for information purchased from this site is a down payment earned by FNE Lawyers from sale of general information to the purchaser. The purchaser expressly instructs and authorises FNE Lawyers to pay all money paid by way of credit card by the purchaser at this site to FNE Lawyers as payment for information purchased from the website.

Payment by cheque, money order or direct deposit with delivery of product after payment is cleared

The purchaser receives any information purchased by way of cheque, money order or direct bank deposit by way of either post, fax or e-mail attachment, between 7 to 10 working days after the payment has been successfully cleared and paid to the FNE LAWYERS TRUST ACCOUNT.

The purchaser expressly warrants that the tax invoice is delivered to, and received by the purchaser at the point of payment and that FNE Lawyers need not provide a further tax invoice.

The purchaser expressly instructs and authorises FNE Lawyers to pay all money held in FNE LAWYERS TRUST ACCOUNT under the purchaser’s name for the purposes of the purchase or order made by the purchaser, to FNE Lawyers, immediately upon delivery of the purchased information if delivered by e-mail or fax, or after 3 working days of delivery if by post. The purchaser agrees that the payment so made is for the information ordered and purchased and accepts delivery by e-mail, fax or post of a trust account statement showing a $nil balance.

Delivery of purchased product

Delivery of product is by means of the option expressly chosen by the purchaser at time of purchase or orders either by way of an attached file to an e-mail or forwarded by facsimile or mailed to the purchaser at address provided by the purchaser.

The purchaser agrees that the purchased product is delivered if by e-mail, upon successfully sending the e-mail to which the file is attached, to the e-mail address provided by the purchaser; and if by facsimile, upon successfully transmitting the purchased information by facsimile to the facsimile number provided by the purchaser; and if by mail, upon mailing the purchased information to the address provided by the purchaser.

The purchaser warrants that the contact information provided by the purchaser for delivery of the purchased information is correct and indemnifies FNE Lawyers against any loss of the delivered information arising from any error or incorrect contact information provided by the purchaser.

Governing Law

The “TERMS & CONDITIONS” are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of the “TERMS & CONDITIONS” is found to be invalid by a court of law, such invalidity will not affect the remainder of the “TERMS & CONDITIONS” which will continue in full force and effect.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

This agreement sets out the entire understanding and agreement between FNE Lawyers and you with respect to the subject matter. The material on this web site is only of general informational value.
